Mads Huuse

Mads Huuse has 19 years of experience in seismic interpretation of sedimentary basins. He completed a PhD at the University of Aarhus in 1999 before undertaking post docs at Columbia, Aarhus, Aberdeen and Cardiff. He was a lecturer and senior lecturer in geophysics at Aberdeen (2005-2009) and has been a Reader in Geophysics at Manchester since 2009.

Mads has undertaken or supervised research and consultancy projects on integrated overburden and petroleum systems characterization offshore Angola (lower Congo and Kwanza Basins), Cameroon, Niger Delta, The Gabon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Indus Fan, Vietnam, southern Australia, Taranaki Basin, Gulf of Mexico (Mexico & US), North Sea (all areas), and the Atlantic Margins of UK and Norway.
